Ingredients

2 shots espresso
2 tsp honey or agave
½ cup milk of choice
¼ to ½ tsp ground cardamom

Directions

Add the cardamom and honey to your Ember Mug 2.
Brew the espresso. For this recipe, we recommend Purity Coffee’s Flow Medium Roast which will pair nicely with the cardamom thanks to its rich flavor notes of roasted nuts, dark chocolate, and apple.
In a small saucepan, add your milk and place over low heat. Whisk the mixture until it begins to resemble a light foam. Check out some other ways you can steam milk at home.
Pour the frothed milk over the espresso. Don’t forget to add some style with some latte art.

No espresso machine?

No problem! Aeropress or Moka pot coffee make great, concentrated alternatives to espresso. You can also use your usual brewing method and just make an extra-strong batch.
