Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp water
- 1⅓ cup milk
- ⅔ cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup bittersweet chocolate chips
Directions
- In a small pot over medium heat, add the milk and heavy cream. Whisk until it resembles a light foam, making sure not to burn it. Stir in the sugar, cocoa powder, and your pinch of salt until everything is mixed, checking for clumps.
- Add in the chocolate chips constantly stirring until they fully dissolve for a smooth consistency.
